The family-oriented artisanal factory uses dough made of hard wheat (durum) that is locally grown for both their white pasta and colorful pasta. A careful selection of these ancient and heirloom grains ensure a high-quality product that is rich with proteins and flavor.
A lot of stores get sidetracked on the colorful pasta by Marella. We always remind them that the white pasta is certified organic, the shapes are many and no one anywhere in the world makes pasta that tastes better than Morelli.
