Description
The family-oriented artisanal factory uses dough made of hard wheat (durum) that is locally grown for both their white pasta and colorful pasta. A careful selection of these ancient and heirloom grains ensure a high-quality product that is rich with proteins and flavor.
The colorful pasta by Marella, or “arcobaleno”, is made with dehydrated natural dyes from spinach, tomatoes, red beets, turmeric, and red pepper.
