Description

OrtoCori “Carciofini alla Brace” are inspired by an ancient recipe of the Roman culinary tradition. Selected and processed immediately after being picked, the artichokes are grilled and preserved in oil.

Thanks to this processing method they retain all their excellent organoleptic properties as well as the intense savour and fragrance peculiar to artichokes.
