Alberto Romano Belongs to the fourth generation producing EVOO in the hills of Beneventane, in the region of Campania. The passion, commitment to excellence has been handed down from father to son for over a century. The pride of Frantoio Romano is the variety ORTICE. Milling is done with a modern continuous system from the Pieralisi group which specializes in milling systems that bring out the best features of the oil rather than volume production. Only the best olives are selected for Ortice Riserve.

Its flavor profile includes intense fruity olive notes, cool, a broad and enveloping mouth feel, rich with hints of medium ripe tomato, white apple and banana.
