Hungary’s ROZSAVOLGYI CSOKOLADE is a total treat. Just opening the package is fun and then when you set sight on the chocolate the molds are gorgeous. Your senses are roaring before you even taste the chocolate. When it gets down to ROZSAVOLGYI’s chocolate they start with sourcing some of the worlds most incredible beans from very rare origins like Venezuela’s Rio Caribe, Porcelana and Trincheras. They are masters at showing off each origin’s individual traits. They also do inclusion bars with interesting combinations like their Chocolate Olives and Bread which is delicious. I love olives but I never thought about pairing them with chocolate. Another bar with flavors I wouldn’t have associated with chocolate is their Caramelized Lavender Bar is really unusual and absolutely stunning.
