Bar Tips Egg Whites...  Egg Whites can do wonderful things for a cocktail... trust me your wife or husband will love it when you hand them a Lion's Tail, Aruba, Trinidad or Gin Fizz.  They are beautiful to look at and add a layer of not so much flavor but mouthfeel that is quite pleasant.

This is a very good recipe!

Bar Tip...  Learn how to use a Cup and Can (2 Piece Shaker).    In the Can the bigger of the 2 shaker halves you add your ingredients and ice then place the cup in the can and give it a good downward tap with the palm of your hand to create a good seal.  Seal should be strong enough that you could hold either one of the ends and the shaker will not come apart.  Shake your cocktail.

To separate grip the Can (the lower section) with your thumb pinky and ring finger and use your index and middle finger to support the Cup (upper section).  Two fingers above and below the seal.

Arrange the shaker so that inside of the V created by the connection of the Cup and Can is facing in the direction or your opposite hand. Then give the Can below the seal a good rap with the heel of your hand to separate the halves. Use a Hawthorne or Julep strainer to strain and you are in business.

Once you get the routine down it is  quicker, easier and more secure than using a 3 piece shaker.
